Recently "caught up" via the internet with Alper's art. Incredible.

The Gallery you visited in the mid 90s was Random Gallery on Figueroa in Highland Park, now Random Framing on Avenue 64.

I found this posting after seeing the documentary mentioned last night. While it was indescribably moving and affecting, and while it engendered a deep appreciation of the artistic process in general and Ms. Alper in particular, what I walked away with more than anything is an unrelenting (didn't sleep) desire to see her pieces in person. Does anyone know where they are available for viewing? In the meantime, thank you, Mindy, for sharing your amazing work.
